NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BUDGET
Claryville Fire District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Claryville Fire District of the Towns of Denning and Neversink, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Claryville Fire District, for its consideration.
A Public Hearing will be held at 6:30 PM at the Claryville Fire Department Warren Cole Hall, 1500 Claryville Road, Claryville, in the Town of Denning, State of New York on the 17th day of October, 2023.
The Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing.
The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning the same.
That a copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Town Clerks of the towns of Denning, 1567 Denning Road, Claryville, NY12725; and Neversink, 273 Main Street, Grahamsville, NY 12740 and Fire District Secretary , Claryville, NY 12725.

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE CLARYVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
On December 13, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Claryville Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9 p.m. at the Claryville Fire Department Warren Cole Hall located at 1500 Denning Rd., Denning, NY for the purpose of electing two Fire Commissioners; one commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027, and the other for a four(4) year term commencing January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2026. All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections and the Ulster County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022, shall be eligible to vote.

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE CLARYVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
December 8, 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Claryville Fire District will take place on Tuesday December 8, 2020, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Warren Cole Fire House located at 1500 Denning Road, Denning, NY for the purpose of electing one commissioner for a one (1) year term, commencing January 1, 2021, ending December 31, 2021. A commissioner for three (3) year terms commencing January 1, 2021, ending December 31, 2023. A commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2021, ending December 31, 2025. All voters , residing in the Claryville Fire district, registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections or the Ulster County Board of Elections on or before November 19, 2020 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for the District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Claryville Fire District, PO box 22, Claryville, NY 12725, no later than twenty (20)days before the election, November 18, 2020, to be on the ballot.

of the Town(s) of Denning and Neversink , State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Claryville Fire District, for its consideration.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Warren Cole Fire Hall, 1500 Claryville Road, Claryville, NY 12725 in the Town of Denning , State of New York on the 20th day of October, 2020.
Pursuant to Town Law 181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing.
The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning the same.

SPECIAL VOTE TO SELL A FIRE TRUCK
SPECIAL ELECTIONS OF THE
CLARYVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
MAY 14TH, 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Claryville Fire District, are hereby holding a Special Election on May 14, 2019 between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m at the Claryville Fire District firehouse located at 1500 Claryville Road, Claryville,NY 12725 for the purpose of voting on a resolution passed by the Board of Fire commissioners on May 14, 2019 to sell a surplus fire apparatus owned by the Claryville Fire District for a sum not less than $115,000.00.
All voters registered with the Sullivan and Ulster County Board of Elections on or before April 19, 2019, who are residents of the Claryville Fire District for thirty (30) days preceding the election, shall be eligible to vote.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION ADOPTED SUBJECT TO
PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Claryville Fire District of the Town of Denning, Ulster County, New York, at the regularly scheduled meeting thereof, held on January 9th,2019, duly adopted the following resolution;
BE IT RESOLVED; pursuant to the provisions of the General Municipal Law and the Town Law of the State of New York, that the sum not to exceed $450,000.00 be expended for the purchase of one (1) new pumper tanker and associated equipment. Funds will be disbursed from the Capital reserve funds and that the Secretary of the Fire District shall, within ten working days of the adoption of the resolution, publish a notice within the official newspaper of the Fire District setting forth the date of the adoption of the resolution and an abstract of the resolution concisely stating the purpose and effect thereof and that the resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
