At present he is familiarizing himself with current permits, permit applications, doing site visits and answering emails and messages, etc. to get up to speed. Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention (Beginner Level)

Join this beginner-friendly Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Program Details:
Tai chi is a slow, rhythmic, and graceful form of exercise that promotes good health and wellness. This structured program builds on each class, so regular attendance is encouraged.

Schedule:

  • Starts: April 21, 2026
  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Duration: Twice a week for 8 weeks
