Join this beginner-friendly Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
Tai chi is a slow, rhythmic, and graceful form of exercise that promotes good health and wellness. This structured program builds on each class, so participants are encouraged to attend regularly throughout the eight-week session.

Participants are asked to commit to attending twice weekly for the full eight-week program, as each class builds upon the previous one.
