At present he is familiarizing himself with current permits, permit applications, doing site visits and answering emails and messages, etc. to get up to speed. Bingocize® – A Fun Way to Stay Active

Looking for a fun, new way to be more active? Join Bingocize®, a unique program that combines bingo with light exercise to help improve health and reduce the risk of falls.

Program Details:
Bingocize® is a 10-week health promotion program that blends the game of bingo with fall prevention exercises. Participants will enjoy social interaction while learning techniques to stay active and safe.

Schedule:

  • Begins: Wednesday, April 22, 2026
  • Days: Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Frequency: 2 times per week for 10 weeks
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
