March 1 thru March 30, 2025 is the Application Period for Adding Land to Agricultural Districts
Ulster County will accept applications from landowners to have their predominately viable agricultural lands included into a New York State Certified Agricultural District.
Landowners seeking inclusion must send:
- A completed 2025 Ag. District Inclusion Application
- A copy of the relevant portion of the tax map
- An optional description of the land Received no later than Sunday, March 30, 2025 to: Burt Samuelson at bsann@co.ulsterny.us
