The Empowered Caregiver Series: Exploring Care and Support Services
Caring for someone living with dementia can be challenging, but you do not have to do it alone. The Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter will present a free program designed to help caregivers learn about resources and support available during every stage of the disease.
