Join the Alzheimer’s Association, Hudson Valley Chapter, for an informative program on building healthy habits that can help protect your brain and support cognitive health as you age.
Research shows there are everyday habits you can build today to help protect your memory and thinking as you get older, potentially reducing your risk of cognitive decline and dementia.
