Join this beginner-friendly Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Program Details:
Tai chi is a slow, rhythmic, and graceful form of exercise that promotes good health and wellness. This structured program builds on each class, so regular attendance is encouraged.
Schedule:
- Starts: April 21, 2026
- Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Duration: Twice a week for 8 weeks

Participants are asked to commit to attending twice weekly for the full eight-week program, as each class builds upon the previous one.
Contributions are welcome and help keep programs available. This program is supported by the New York State Office for the Aging and the NYS Department of Health’s Older Adult Fall Prevention Program.
